Consistently OUTSTANDING service. I have been going to Morin Brothers for over 10 years and have NEVER had a concern about their integrity, customer service, or services performed. When they discover an issue with my car, they always provide guidance if it requires an immediate repair for performance and safety, or if I could plan (and budget) for it within a recommended time frame. There have been two occasions when my "check engine light" came on while driving to work, and I went straight to Morin without even calling. They serviced my car that day even though I did not have an appointment. My last visit (June 6th) once again proved my point about customer service...I was paying my bill when I mentioned that I had forgotten to request a battery check. They had a tech come right out and test the battery and let me know that it was good. Then they gave me an alternate driving route home to avoid the traffic backlog on Broad and the 101 (going south). That saved me at least 30 minutes of being stuck in the bumper-to-bumper crawl Friday afternoon. BRAVO to the entire staff for always being attentive to their customers and the quality of their work. I would never take my car anywhere else!
