I called with an emergency and was warmly told "come right in and we will help you!"They spent the whole day on my car, got it going, and gave me a very fair price for their hard work and dedicated investigation into the world of hybrids.

I had asked for one of the mechanics to diagnose a squeaking that has been on ongoing in the undercarriage of my car. The diagnosis was that the squeaking is being caused by the charm hanging from the rear view mirror. I was hoping someone would drive it, THEN be able to tell me what's going on.Going to have to come back in. Otherwise, all went well.
