I really appreciate Morin Bros. -- Have trusted their work for about ten years. Customer Service (Jesse, Michael, et al) are always helpful. They listen, they explain, they keep me on schedule. The mechanics (Grif, Aver) take great of my old '01 Volvo & do their best to squeeze it into their schedule. (Even when I goof up & forget to set an appt.) But I do miss Frieda; she always made me smile, and she was comforting when my car was ailing.

Had a major mileage tune up recently. All went well but it would be better if your service desk considered the customer's budget a bit. For instance, spark plugs that cost $70+. ! I guess they will last forever but it would have been nice to be warned and given a choice (if there was one).
